Yesterday, as part of the services arranged by the Naples Police Headquarters in the “movida” areas, officers from the San Ferdinando, Vomero, Chiaiano, San Carlo Arena, and Palazzo di Giustizia police stations, the finance police from the Naples Provincial Command with the anti-drug dog units, and the Local Police carried out checks in the areas of Chiaia, Vomero, and Bagnoli.
During the service, the operators in Chiaia identified 53 people, 17 of whom had a police record, checked 12 vehicles and reported a violation of the Highway Code for driving without a license as it had been revoked; 4 commercial establishments were also checked.
Again, the officers of the Vomero Police Station in San Martino, in the squares Vanvitelli, Medaglie D'Oro and in the streets Giordano, Scarlatti and Falcone have identified 40 people, 2 of whom had previous police records.
In the Coroglio area, the police officers of the Bagnoli, Secondigliano and Decumani Police Stations identified 106 people, 36 of whom had a police record, checked 21 vehicles, fined 4 people under the Highway Code for prolonging limited or regulated parking, checked 8 commercial establishments, raising three complaints for failure to store electronic data; finally, one person was reported for failure to comply with a measure given by the Authority for reasons of public order and safety.
