“Domè (Domenico)… help me”: Despite being seriously wounded and dying, before the final execution with a shot to the head, the pusher Antonio Natale still trusted Domenico Bervicato, his friend and accomplice in drug dealing, as well as the leader of the Caivano criminal gang that bears his name.

Bervicato instead was the one who had issued the death order against the friends of Acerra. An "affront" to be punished “in an exemplary manner also to dissuade others from committing similar 'irresponsibility'“: it is in this context that the murder of Antonio, 22, matured, killed on October 4, 2021 in Caivano, in the province of Naples, having stolen a bag of weapons and drugs from the Bervicato clan.
“This fact of Antonio has served – says Domenico Bervicato, among the first arrested for the murder – Now they think twice before taking a shot.'” The murder of Natale – as can be read in the arrest warrant – is an “'example'”, in criminal logic, also for those who in the future might want to make 'false steps'.
These shocking details emerge from the investigations conducted by the Carabinieri of the Investigative Nucleus of the Castello di Cisterna Group. Yesterday, at the end of investigations coordinated by DDA of Naples (deputy prosecutor Giorgia De Ponte and Anna Frasca), the circle on this violent episode that occurred on October 4, 2021 has been closed, with the notification of three arrests.
This is about the killer Gennaro Pacilio, alias “'o Biondo”, Emanuele D'Agostino, alias "the tuna", the accomplice whose gun jammed and Bruno Adventurous, believed by investigators to be the man who hired the hitmen.
The statements of the repentant Giancarlo Avventurato and those of Domenico Bervicato and Gennaro Pacilio
The investigations are supported by the statements of repentant Giancarlo Avventurato ditto 'or caliano, brother of the two bosses Bruno and Giuseppe and those accusatory cars of Domenico Bervicato (the friend and instigator of the murder) and of Gennaro Pacilio (the killer)
Antonio Natale, deceived with the excuse of going shopping in some luxury shops on Via dei Mille in Naples, was taken to an isolated area of Caivano, near a farmhouse, where he was hit by three shots from a 9mm pistol by Pacilio while he was still in the car. The fatal shot was the last one, to the head. Dragged out of the bloodied and partially damaged car (the last shot had also gone through a window), he was abandoned to the elements behind a farmhouse, where he remained until he was found on October 18, 2021, 14 days after the ambush.
Antonio Natale managed drug trafficking in the “Brick Houses”
Antonio Natale managed drug trafficking in the “Brick Houses” of the Green Park of Caivano on behalf of the Bervicatos, specifically on the fourth and sixth floors of the buildings, protected by a video surveillance system with 10 cameras.
Furthermore, he had participated in an armed raid in July 2021 in the same Verde park of Caivano, aimed at the rival boss Domenico Ciccarelli, head of the local criminal group of the same name. Although he was internally linked to the criminal group, Natale was ambitious and wanted greater autonomy, which the Bervicatos did not accept.
Before the murder, there had been a fight with them, accused of appropriating weapons, money and drugs without authorization. It was the Bervicatos, in particular Domenico, who charged the Acerra gangsters (the brothers Giancarlo and Bruno Avventurato) to proceed with the murder.
It was later discovered that the stolen Christmas loot was hidden in a house in Orta di Atella, in Caserta, where drugs were later found. All this material was made to disappear by Antonio's father and brother when they went looking for him on the afternoon of October 4, 2021, and then made to resurface when his body was found on October 18, 2021.
