Dramatic story this morning at Qualiano. Around 11 am, in fact, the Carabinieri intervened at the request of 118 at the hotel located in via San Francesco a Patria 10 due to the death of a newborn baby under one month old, which occurred in one of the rooms of a well-known local hotel.

According to a summary reconstruction, it seems that the parents, upon waking up, made the terrible discovery of their little boy not breathing. In desperation, they immediately called the hotel reception asking for help. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, every attempt was in vain.

The tragedy required the intervention of the coroner and the prosecutor of the Naples North prosecutor's office, both of whom rushed to the scene to conduct further investigations and checks. At the moment, one of the most accredited hypotheses is that of an accident and the competent authorities are working to investigate the dynamics of the events.
