Yesterday evening, during the territorial control service, the agents of the General Prevention and Public Rescue Office, passing by Via New Marina in the direction of Via Vespucci, they intervened following the screams of a woman.
She reported to the operators the presence of two men still on site, indicating them as responsible for an attempted robbery against her husband.
Consequently, the police proceeded to block the suspects, not without difficulty, ascertaining that shortly before they had pulled the man in an attempt to rob him, subsequently generating a fight.
By virtue of these circumstances, two individuals of Nigerian nationality, aged 30 and 33, already with previous police records, were arrested on charges of attempted aggravated robbery and resisting a public official.
