This morning there were disruptions on the Circumvesuviana line due to technical problems at a level crossing between the Poggiomarino and Scafati stations, which led to the interruption of rail traffic on that line.
Users of the Vesuvian lines managed by EAV have been experiencing disruption since the early hours of the morning, with the 7:02 train from Naples to Poggiomarino being cancelled from Scafati to Poggiomarino, and the 7:42 train from Poggiomarino to Naples leaving directly from Scafati.
EAV technical staff is working to promptly resolve the technical problem at the level crossing and restore regular train circulation on the affected section.
