A 12-year-old girl was the victim of sexual abuse by two boys aged 15 and 16, in Modena. The incident took place inside her home, where the XNUMX-year-old had invited her attackers along with a friend.
The investigations have just begun and the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office has opened a case for gang violence against a minor. The two boys, both minors between the ages of 15 and 16, risk serious charges if the investigations confirm the accusations.
The episode emerged only yesterday, when the girl went to the Pediatric Emergency Room of the Modena Hospital accompanied by her family. It was not her first visit to the hospital: in the previous days, after having found the strength to tell what had happened, she had already presented herself at the emergency room, thus starting a series of medical and psychological tests that confirmed the abuse and triggered the report to the police.
Tomorrow the twelve-year-old will be questioned by the Police in a protected environment and in the presence of a psychologist. Her testimony will be essential to reconstruct the facts and shed light on what happened.
