An employee of the Municipality of Caserta he attempted to attack the manager Frank Biondi, head of personnel. The man, armed with a knife, tried to break into Biondi's office on the third floor of the town hall in Piazza Vanvitelli.
Biondi managed to close the door, preventing him from entering. The attacker, enraged, threw himself against the door with kicks and knife blowsbefore fleeing.
