La Casa del Contemporaneo, in collaboration with the Trianon Viviani Foundation, is pleased to announce the new 2024-25 artistic season at TK in Castellammare di Stabia. The season, entitled “CRAFTS and FEELINGS”, is an artistic response to an unstable present and aims to keep alive the memory of a recent past, with an eye on the territory and its traditions.

The Season Program
The multidisciplinary program of “MESTIERI e SENTIMENTI” will include theater, music, cinema and literature, with a special tribute to the playwright Raffaele Viviani on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of his death. In November, the hall in via Salvador Allende will preview “I DIECI COMMANDMENTI” directed by Mario Martone, involving the public in a debate with protagonists such as Gianfelice Imparato.
Appointments by Subscription
From December 2024 to March 2025, the season will continue with significant shows celebrating Viviani, such as “LA BOHÈME DEI COMICI” directed by Francesco Saponaro and “PLAY VIVIANI” with Tonino Taiuti. There will also be musical events with Fiorenza Calogero and cinematographic reflections through “CINEMATOGRAFO VIVIANI” and the documentary “VIVIANI VIVA”.
Extra Subscription Offers
The season will include six non-subscription proposals, starting with “DEFINITIVO 3” by Vincenzo Comunale. Shows such as “IL RESTO DELLA SETTIMANA” by Maurizio De Giovanni, “FACIMME 'E CUNTI” and “TOMBOLATA SHOW” will offer further moments of fun and reflection. The theatrical tradition will continue with “La Tempesta” by Rosario Sparno and “MODO MINORE” by Enzo Moscato.
The Young Review
Casa del Contemporaneo is also committed to the education of new generations with the YOUNG festival, dedicated to children and families, in collaboration with Le Nuvole di Napoli. The season will offer nine festive shows and twelve titles for schools, with a focus on awareness and education through theater.
Complementary Cultural Initiatives
The theater season will be enriched by the review “Platealmente, dal libro alla scena”, curated by Pierluigi Fiorenza, and by the SPAZIO ARTE, which will host works by local and Campanian artists. Both initiatives aim to create a dialogue between different forms of expression and the public. In short, the 2024-25 season of the Casa del Contemporaneo at the TK in Castellammare di Stabia represents a celebration of culture and traditions through the rich artistic heritage left by Viviani and other great authors.
