The military personnel of the Guardia di Finanza Group of Torre Annunziata have executed a preventive seizure order for failure to declare against the company New Turris Trans Srl

The direct seizure and equivalent, for the amount of Euro 261.260,56, issued by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Torre Annunziata, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, against three individuals, directors of New Turris Trans Srl, a road freight transport company based in Torre del Greco, investigated for the crime of Failure to declare.
In particular, from the reconstruction carried out during a tax audit conducted by the Guardia di Finanza Company of Torre del Greco, it emerged that the suspects, all members of a local family, with the mother as legal administrator and the father and daughter as de facto administrators of the company, had failed to submit the declaration:
The suspects all belong to the same family unit
For the purposes of Direct Taxes for the tax years 2018 and 2019, with an IRES evasion of €86.441,76 (2018) and €91.209,80 (2019) respectively;
for VAT purposes for the 2019 tax year, with a tax due of €83.609,00.
For this reason, the real precautionary measure was issued against the suspects, for an amount equivalent to the amount unduly subtracted from the state coffers, constituting the profit of the tax crimes.
The execution of the seizure order, still in progress, concerns movable assets and financial resources attributable to the suspects and the transport company in question.
