The mini-cycle of events dedicated to meditation and well-being, set in some of the most iconic places in the city of Sorrento, ended yesterday evening at Bastione di Parsano. The events, part of an initiative aimed at promoting a more sustainable and conscious lifestyle, attracted numerous participants thanks to their proposal of immersive and relaxing experiences.
The first event, entitled “A Sea of Emotions”, took place on Saturday, August 31st at the Bagni della Regina Giovanna. Here, participants had the opportunity to practice Active Heart Meditation (Osho) and Vibrational-Sound Meditation, accompanied by a breathtaking view at sunset. Ines Ercolano, a holistic operator and yoga teacher originally from Sorrento, guided those present on a journey of self-discovery, in harmony with the surrounding nature.
The final event, held yesterday at Bastione di Parsano, featured a “Meditative Concert for Love and Peace,” titled “VibraEmozioni.” The concert, designed to relieve stress and promote introspection, featured Ines Ercolano and musician Camilla Mancuso, who created an atmosphere of deep serenity and reflection through relaxing sounds.
The President of the Sorrento City Council, Luigi Di Prisco, highlighted the importance of these initiatives: “'VibraEmozioni' and 'Un Mare di Emozioni' are not just events dedicated to relaxation, but real tools to regain moments of reflection and well-being in a frenetic world”. Di Prisco also underlined how such events also represent an opportunity to promote more sustainable and environmentally friendly lifestyles.
The two evenings, organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Sorrento, Penisolaverde Spa, Sorrento Walk and Mahadevi, were a great success, attracting a large participation and receiving very positive reviews. Sorrento thus confirms itself as a point of reference for the organization of events that combine personal well-being and respect for the environment, making the city an example of promoting sustainability.
