The prosecutor and the civil party lawyer Giovanna Coppola, who had even presented a brief opposing the release from prison, firmly opposed the defense's request.
Despite this, the Court of Avellino, accepting the request of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci and the lawyer Daniela Martino, released APM, revoking his house arrest, applying to him as a residual measure the prohibition of approaching with an electronic bracelet and the obligation to remain at home. This release is probably symptomatic of a questioning of the entire accusatory thesis.
