Distribution of stockings
The distribution of the stockings will take place on January 5th at 16:00 pm at Palazzo San Giacomo, where they will be delivered to the representatives of the Third Sector entities that have joined the initiative. The distribution activities will continue on the morning of January 6th, to ensure that the greatest possible number of children can receive their gift.
Significant support
A significant contribution was provided by the historic Flordocafé, which supported the initiative from the beginning, donating over 1.000 socks and a large quantity of sweets. Among the Third Sector entities that will receive the socks are organizations dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable groups, such as Caritas Diocesana, L'Isola che non c'è, Base Condor, Il Primo Abbraccio, Spartac San Gennaro, SD Sfera Diffusion and the Centro Nazionale Sportivo Libertas.
Words of gratitude
Luca Fella Trapanese, Councillor for Social Policies, commented: "I am deeply moved by the extraordinary generosity shown by the citizens of Naples in these days. A special thanks goes to the historic Flordocafé, which with its contribution has made this great initiative possible, and to the councilor and vice president of the City Council Flavia Sorrentino, who has been able to act as a precious trait d'union between the Department of Social Policies and the merchants. Together, we are giving a smile to the most fragile children of our city. A gesture of solidarity that demonstrates, once again, the great heart of the city of Naples."

It's nice to see initiatives like suspended stocking that help children and also the citizens who donated were very generous. I hope there will be more similar events in the future to help more.
