During one of these checks, the officers of the San Giovanni-Barra Police Station arrested a 24-year-old Neapolitan, already known to the police and currently under house arrest for previous crimes, including illegal possession of drugs.
In detail, during a search carried out yesterday evening in a house in Corso Sirena, a real “kit” for drug dealing: 36 doses of cocaine (for a total of 18 grams), a precision scale, packaging material, 380 euros in banknotes of various denominations and a video surveillance system with DVR.

The cameras, positioned outside the house, constantly filmed the surrounding spaces, probably to monitor any checks by the police.
In light of the discovery, the young man was arrested on charges of possession for the purpose of dealing. After the formal procedures, he was transferred to prison pending judicial proceedings.
