Giugliano – The State Police executed a Judicial Police arrest for threats, mistreatment in the family and arson, against a 39-year-old Neapolitan with a police record, even specific, validated by the Judicial Authority that ordered the precautionary detention in prison.
In particular, on Thursday morning, officers from the Pianura Police Station intervened at a private home in the Pianura neighborhood following a report of a disturbing person.
The police officers, who promptly intervened, ascertained that a man, a few moments before, had physically attacked his ex-partner who had managed to escape the attacks only thanks to the intervention of her son who allowed her to walk away.
The man, in the meantime, had reached the woman's home where he had first punctured the tires of the woman's car and smashed the rear window of the same, before setting fire to the door of the house and fleeing.
The fire required the intervention of the Fire Brigade to put out the flames, causing the premises to be completely uninhabitable.
Thanks to the investigative activity carried out by the agents of the local police station, the attacker was identified and immediately tracked down, a few hours later, in Giugliano in Campania.
