Bribes were distributed throughout the city, including to illegal parking attendants, and in amounts higher than those who managed the drug dealing areas: the Camorra clash between the Ferretti clan and the “Neapolitans” as the Cipollettas were called had reached a very dangerous peak.

In the more than one thousand pages of the precautionary order signed by the investigating judge Enrico Campoli, a very precise picture is drawn of the affairs, roles and responsibilities of the Camorra war of the last few years in Pomigliano.
Overall, there are 54 people under investigation but only 23 of them ended up in prison (including four minors) and four under house arrest and the rest are under investigation at large. The head of the indigenous group was Salvatore Ferretti, once linked to the Foria clan, now dissolved.
The shopkeepers were asked for a bribe of a thousand euros while the illegal parking attendants were asked for 100 euros a week: “ah? but do you know how parking works? He didn’t give you any information… (…) he has to pay a hundred euros a week!” “I’ll unload the whole gun on you, all of it! I’ll stand outside his house and unload it all on you!”, “you give me a hundred euros and now I’ll go and get a hundred euros from your brother too…” “we risk twenty years in prison every day for idiots like you…”.
Thus a tax collector of the clan addressed one of the extorted parking attendants. While to a merchant reluctant to pay the extortion fee the threat was the following: "sometimes I'll let you sleep, but forever..!" "Don't worry, I'll give you, I'll give you eternal rest.. (…) rest in peace, amen!! Do you know?!.. (…) don't worry...",
