Cesa – The Preliminary Investigations Judge of the Juvenile Court of Naples has validated the arrest of the 17-year-old accused of the murder of Davide Carbisiero, 19, which occurred at dawn on April 13 in a slot machine hall in Cesa.

The young man, defended by the lawyer Stefania D'Onofrio, will remain detained at the Juvenile Penal Institute of Naples.
During the interrogation, the 17-year-old confirmed the version of the facts already given to the Carabinieri, reiterating the accidental nature of the gunshot.
“We grew up together, Davide was a friend, I didn't want to kill him,” the boy said, explaining that he had shown the gun to the victim and that the shot went off accidentally.

In the meantime, an autopsy has been carried out on the body of Davide Carbisiero, and the body was returned to the family for the funeral, which will be held on Thursday, April 17 at the Church of the Transfiguration in Succivo.
