Yesterday, the officers of the San Giovanni-Barra Police Station, with the support of the Anti-Drug Canine Units of the General Prevention Office and the crews of the Campania Crime Prevention Department, carried out an extraordinary territorial control service in the Barra neighborhood between via Serino, via Ciccarelli and corso Sirena.
During the operation, 90 people were identified, 18 of whom had a police record, 33 vehicles were checked, two of which were subject to administrative seizure, and 4 violations of the Highway Code were contested for driving without a license because one had never obtained one and for driving with a vehicle subject to seizure.

Finally, in a basement of a building on Via Bronzi di Riace, the officers seized approximately 15 grams of hashish, a scale and a knife, while in Via Alveo Artificiale they found, hidden in the cavity of a wall, 73 sachets with a total weight of approximately 100 grams of marijuana and 4 sticks of hashish weighing approximately 72 grams.
