Red zone "on 3, 4 and 5 April 2021, throughout the national territory, with the exception of the Regions whose territories are in the white zone".
This is the draft of the anti-Covid decree that arrives in the Council of Ministers. However, it will be possible to visit only one home within the Region, but at most two people who can bring with them minors under 14 years of age and in a time frame between 5 am and 22 pm.
From Monday 15 March to 2 April, and on 6 April, the Regions that have yellow zone data will still be considered in the orange zone. This is the content of the draft decree law with the new anti-Covid measures, soon to be examined by the Council of Ministers. The rule does not apply to Sardinia which is currently in the white zone. At Easter, on 3, 4 and 5 April, "on the entire national territory, with the exception of the Regions whose territories are located in the white zone, the measures established by the provisions referred to in Article 2 of Legislative Decree no. 19 of 2020 for the red zone will apply". On the same days, travel is permitted but only within the region.
From March 15 to April 6, the red zone will automatically be entered if "the cumulative weekly incidence of infections is higher than 250 cases per 100.000 inhabitants, based on the validated data of the latest available monitoring". "From March 15 to April 2, 2021 and on April 6, 2021, in the Regions in which the measures established for the orange zone apply, it is permitted, within the municipal area - the Draft also states -, to move to a single inhabited private home, once a day, in a time frame between 5 am and 22 pm, and within the limits of two people in addition to those already living there, in addition to minors under the age of 14 for whom such persons exercise parental responsibility and disabled or non-self-sufficient persons living there. The movement referred to in this paragraph is not permitted in the territories in which the measures established for the red zone apply".
