The State Police of Caserta has subjected two young people to a ban on access to public establishments and places of public entertainment reported for episodes of aggression that occurred in Caserta last Saturday evening, in the midst of the city's nightlife.
The two - a seventeen-year-old and a twenty-four-year-old, the latter of Brazilian origin, residents of Caserta and already known for numerous police records, including specific ones - had been reported, immediately after the events, by the personnel of the Flying Squad of the Caserta Police Headquarters immediately after having attacked two young people who frequented the clubs in the center. The adult, moreover, had been arrested on that occasion for having thrown himself against the officers and having seriously damaged a police vehicle and, for these facts, was judged with a summary trial and subjected to the precautionary measure of the obligation to sign in to the judicial police.

In relation to these events, the Anti-Crime Police Division of the Caserta Police Headquarters has started a rapid investigation against them aimed at adopting preventive measures with the aim of avoiding the repetition of similar episodes in the future. As a result, the Police Chief of Caserta has issued against them measures of Prohibition of access to public establishments and places of public entertainment - such as bars, pubs, restaurants, beer gardens, ice cream parlors, pastry shops and similar establishments - as well as of loitering in the immediate vicinity of the same, for the entire territory of the municipality of Caserta in the time slot from 18.00:06.00 to XNUMX:XNUMX of the following day.

The measures, carried out this morning by the police officers of the Anti-Crime Police Division, have a duration of 8 and 12 months, respectively against the minor and the adult.
