Santa Maria Capua Vetere. The owner of a house rented to a couple from Santa Maria Capua Vetere: the house was returned, after the eviction, completely destroyed. The apartment had been rented in September 2018 then in 2019 the non-payment of monthly rent began.
At that point, the eviction began, slowed down by the covid pandemic. Only on September 7th did the owner manage to obtain the availability of the property through public force. Furniture destroyed, with damage also to the bathroom pipes and offensive writings left on the walls.
