Green Pass and carers
Carers without a Green Pass are not entitled to board and lodging, in addition to their salary, as stated by the Government. If the carer is a live-in partner and tests positive for Covid, «he will not be able to leave the house where he lives» for quarantine.
Does the Green Pass obligation also apply to operators of commerce in public areas whose "workplace" is outdoors? "Yes. The Green Pass obligation is not linked to whether the place where the service is provided is outdoors or indoors."
The hairdressers
Another FAQ published on the Government website regarding Instead for hairdressers, beauticians and other operators in the personal services sector the green pass must be verified "only for your own potential employees" ;
so it is not necessary «rask customers for it, nor are the latter required to ask those who carry out the work activity in question".
