La Dda of Naples has filed an appeal against the decision with which on 13 October the investigating judge of Naples rejected the request for dozens of precautionary measures against as many suspects considered by the DDA to be linked to the Marine clan of the so-called “Heavenly Houses” of Secondigliano.
Among those investigated is also Tina Rispoli, widow of the deceased Camorra boss Gaetano Marino, currently wife of the neomelodic singer Tony Colombo, and Crescenzo Marino, son of the boss. Of the 32 requests made by the investigators, the preliminary investigations judge granted ten, notified by the Naples Flying Squad to the boss Roberto Manganiello, nephew and formerly considered right-hand man of Gennaro Marino, o'mckay to his wife, Magdalene Emperor, and also to Ciro Peluso, Marco Scaglione, Lorenzo Celentano, Mariano Isaia, Gaetano Magro, Salvatore Sanges, Francesco Montemurro and Luigi Cioffi, who initially escaped arrest and was subsequently captured by the State Police.
As regards Immacolata Rispoli, the judge did not consider her an element apical of the Neapolitan criminal association. However, the collaborator of justice Gianluca Giugliano, considered reliable in other judicial proceedings, explaining to the investigators the figure of Gaetano Marino's widow, declared that the woman, particularly fond of jewels, was the registered owner of properties purchased with drug proceeds; she was aware of the illicit activities carried out by her boss husband and was also a recipient, directly from the hands of Manganiello, of monthly sums of money, the result of the division of the proceeds from drug dealing.
For the investigating judge, however, the payment of the monthly salary does not emerge clearly and, from a conversation in the records, it would also be highlighted "a clear detachment" between Rispoli and Manganiello, Imperatore and his group, in contact, instead, only with her deceased husband. Circumstances that therefore lead to disavowal, writes the judge, “any personal contribution or relationship of Rispoli in the activities managed or implemented by the group” criminal. However, in the order there is also a conversation, intercepted by the investigators, in which a person believed to be aware of the clan's dynamics, reports “of large sums that Gaetano Marino delivered directly to Rispoli, once received from his comrades”.
Phrases that the judge classifies as "gossip", of which, he believes, it is not possible to evaluate the reliability. Finally, according to the investigating judge, the relationship and marriage between Tina Rispoli and the neomelodic singer (celebrated on March 26, 2019, ed.) “consecrated the definitive breakdown of relations between Gaetano Marino's family, as attested by Manganiello's statements (included in the documents, ed.), and the total absence (of those people) at the wedding celebration”.
The order also contains a wiretap from December 7, 2016 between Maddalena Imperatore and Raffaele Barretta. The two, discussing the distribution of some sums of money, end up - as anticipated by Il Roma - involuntarily involving the entire Marino clan. The two interlocutors are talking about an expensive Rolex "Daytona" that must be sold to pay the lawyers at the end of one of the trials in which he was the defendant at the time Roberto Manganiello, they say: “On January 20th go, so when you go there tell him I spoke to Raffaele, I gave him the message about the watch, he said don't sell it. On January 15th I'll bring you the five thousand euros. If he doesn't bring me the five thousand euros by January XNUMXth he'll come get the watch and sell it to me and give me the five thousand euros. But I don't want him to sell the watch, I'll bring you the five thousand euros, because this month I'm going to make a mess here. Now I'm also meeting with Crescenzo, yesterday I didn't find him, because I brought him another thousand euros and gave him two thousand euros, I gave him a thousand of thirty, the ones he and Titina (Immacolata Rispoli, ed.) take. So basically if I give them to him now…”. Then he intervenes Emperor: “Okay, now you have to share those with us!”
