Naples, Councilor Marciani: "A suspended toy" for fragile families, the initiative promoted by the Department of Youth Policies"
“Every child deserves his Christmas toy” – with these words the councilor for youth policies and work Chiara Marciani, announces the solidarity project of the municipality of Naples, to the microphones of Radiazza, the program of Gianni Simioli on air every day from 9.00 to 12.00 on Radio Mars.
"We wanted to revive a tradition of our generous city linked to the suspended toy. Therefore, all those who want to donate a toy, can go to the nearest shops participating in the initiative, consulting the website of the municipality of Naples: https://www.comune.napoli.it/giocattolosospeso2021; oppure attraverso la piattaforma: https://unpaniereperte.it/, which refers to another of our traditions.
All the toys collected will be donated during the Christmas period to local educational institutions”.
“The Department of Social Policies is carrying out many projects,” the councilor reiterates. A project that finds concreteness thanks to the many funds that allow the creation of a path where work and young people can follow the same path and allowing the latter not to escape, but to fulfill themselves in their own city.”
"The problem of this city is the closure towards new worlds and new talents", – replies Simioli. “Giving hope to many young people is our duty.”
