The Army's announcement for the recruitment of 7200 volunteers for a fixed term of one year is online. The Ministry of Defence - General Directorate for the Military Personnel has announced the Army competition to select volunteers for a fixed-term contract of one year. Recruitment for the VFP1 2022 announcement is carried out in three blocks.
For the second and third blocks, applications must be submitted by May 31 and August 30, 2022, respectively. What are you waiting for? If you meet the requirements – just a middle school diploma – prepare your application and participate in the competition.
The application for participation, relating to the 2nd block, must be submitted by 31 May 2022, that for the 3rd block by 30 August 2022. The selection relating to the tranche of the first block ended in March for the recruitment of 2400 volunteers.
The available positions are distributed as follows:
2nd block, 2.400 places of which:
2.371 for main assignment to be assigned by the Armed Forces;
5 for the main role of "Infrastructure electrician" (at the end of the basic training phase required); 5 for the main role of "Infrastructure plumber" (at the end of the required training);
10 for the main role of "Bricklayer" (at the end of the training phase);
5 for the main role of "Carpenter" (at the end of the required training);
3 for the main role of "Blacksmith" (at the end of the planned training phase);
1 for the main role of "Vehicle and platform mechanic" (at the end of the basic training phase provided for).
The application for participation can be submitted from May 2, 2022 to May 31, 2022, for those born between May 31, 1997 and May 31, 2004.
3rd block, 2.400 places, of which:
2.371 for main assignment to be assigned by the Armed Forces;
5 for the main role of "Infrastructure electrician" (upon completion of the required training);
5 for the main role of "Infrastructure plumber" (at the end of the basic training phase);
10 for the main role of "Bricklayer" (at the end of the planned training phase);
5 for the main role of "Carpenter" (at the end of the training phase);
3 for the main role of "Blacksmith" (at the end of the planned training phase);
1 for the main role of "Vehicle and platform mechanic" (upon completion of the required training).
The application for participation can be submitted from August 1, 2022 to August 30, 2022, for those born between August 30, 1997 and August 30, 2004.
To participate you must have:
Italian citizenship;
enjoyment of civil and political rights;
between the ages of 18 and 25;
absence of convictions for non-negligent crimes and of ongoing criminal proceedings for non-negligent crimes;
not to have been dismissed, relieved or declared to have forfeited employment in a Public Administration, or dismissed from the same following disciplinary proceedings, or acquitted, by authority or office, from previous enlistment in the Armed Forces or Police, except for psychological or physical unsuitability;
possession of a middle school diploma (lower secondary school diploma, formerly lower secondary school);
have not been subjected to preventive measures;
have engaged in impeccable conduct;
not having behaved towards democratic institutions that do not guarantee scrupulous fidelity to the republican Constitution and to the reasons of state security;
psycho-physical suitability;
negative results to diagnostic tests for the abuse of alcohol or narcotic or psychotropic substances for non-therapeutic use;
not serve as a volunteer in the Armed Forces.
