Yesterday the Nibbio of the General Prevention Office and the Municipal Police officers carried out an extraordinary service of territorial control in the Vasto district, in particular in the Principe Umberto, Nazionale and Garibaldi squares.
During the operation, 47 people were identified, 21 of whom had a criminal record, and 42 vehicles were checked, 8 of which were subjected to administrative seizure, 7 subjected to administrative detention and 2 seized for the purpose of subsequent confiscation.
Finally, 24 violations of the Highway Code were contested for lack of insurance coverage, failure to display circulation documents, driving without a license, failure to use a protective helmet, failure to have the vehicle inspected and for driving a vehicle already seized.
