NapoliYesterday morning, State Police personnel executed an order for the application of the precautionary measure of custody in prison issued on Monday by the GIP of the Court of Napoli against FG, born in 1993, considered to be seriously suspected of the crimes of attempted robbery and robbery committed in conjunction with another individual yet to be identified.
In particular, on the night of June 27, four young students, including three girls, were approached by two men riding a scooter in via Paladino. The passenger, who got off the vehicle, implying that he was armed, ordered two of them to hand over everything they had, threatening to kill them.
The victims, however, had managed to escape, so the criminal had addressed the same threat to the other two girls who had been forced to hand over money and cell phones before the man managed to disappear together with his accomplice.
The immediate investigative activity started by the operating personnel, articulated through the acquisition of images taken by the video surveillance systems of the area, the checks carried out on the license plate capturers present in the city territory, as well as through the analysis of numerous social profiles, has allowed to gather serious evidence of guilt against the suspect as the material author of the conduct described above. The man was traced to his home.
