The Company that manages the MD brand supermarket in via D'Auria in Arzano, regarding the verification activity undertaken by the local authority, specifies that the sales outlet is legitimately open to the public.
This occurs by virtue of the precautionary decree issued by the President of the Second Section of the TAR Campania in acceptance of the request connected to the appeal proposed against the cancellation of the authorization titles by the Municipality.
“It is appropriate to highlight, in order to protect the image of the Company - the supermarket managers wrote in a note - that the Municipality has detected, albeit late or beyond the one-year deadline provided by law, on a formal level the absence of the permit for the change of intended use of the property used for commercial activity without ever contesting the incompatibility of the urban planning of the intervention or non-conformity in the state of the places.
In any case, despite the delay in exercising the power of self-regulation, the Company, in a collaborative manner, decided to request the enabling title, the lack of which was contested by the Authority, and committed to paying the related costs.
