The next few hours will see a worsening of weather conditions especially in the southern regions of Italy with rain, showers and even snow. Flakes on average above 900-1000 meters but with snow level decreasing from the evening.
Generally drier in the center-north except for local phenomena on the central Adriatic with snow up to 400-500 meters. The latest updates from the Italian Weather Center show an improvement over the next weekend but with cold that will keep us company for several more days: temperatures 4 to 6 degrees below average probably until the last days of January when a new cold front could cross Italy bringing snow at low altitudes especially in the center-south.
