The Provincial Command of the Guardia di Finanza of Naples, over the last month, as part of the services to combat counterfeiting and illegal trade in the city of Naples and the province, discovered 2 premises equipped for the production of counterfeit clothing bearing the Calcio Napoli logo, 2 warehouses and over 90 machines (heat presses, heat guns, sewing machines), looms and work tools.

55 people responsible have been reported to the Judicial Authority, in various capacities, for commercial fraud, counterfeiting and receiving stolen goods. Over 35.000 items have been seized, including T-shirts, flags, gadgets, and over 4.000 meters of fabric reproducing the Calcio Napoli brand fabric (to be used to "decorate" the city streets), ready for marketing.

Among the various interventions, the Green Berets of the Naples Emergency Response Group have seized, overall, over 20.000 gadgets and items of clothing in the metropolitan area of Naples (neighborhoods Ponticelli, Poggioreale, Scampia and Forcella), where domestic factories and warehouses of illicit material were hidden, as well as in the municipalities of Ottaviano and Casoria (reporting, in the latter municipality, a Chinese man for counterfeiting and receiving stolen goods).
The same financial police of the “Pronto Impiego” seized, last April 17, hundreds of counterfeit products at the entrance to the Vesuvius National Park, reporting a Neapolitan individual: the t-shirts and flags were offered for sale to the numerous tourists who crowd the attraction of great geological, biological and historical interest.
Also on the evening of April 18, in the vicinity of the Maradona Stadium, the Green Berets identified about a hundred items including flags, shirts and scarves, all with the SSCN brand, reporting to the AG a person responsible for counterfeiting and receiving stolen goods.
The soldiers of the II Group Napoli, during two operations, they seized, respectively, inside the Port of Naples and on via Galileo Ferraris approximately 3.700 counterfeit items. Specifically, inside a commercial premises intended for wholesale managed by a Chinese citizen, they found goods bearing distinctive signs and false trademarks attributable to SSC Napoli, sealing approximately 3.400 illegally detained items. An additional 250 items were seized from an Italian citizen, reported at large, inside the port area near the boarding area for the island of Ischia.
Approximately 2.500 items including T-shirts, flags, key rings and car air fresheners were seized by the 2nd Metropolitan Operations Unit of Naples, between the Pianura, Montecalvario and Secondigliano districts, where, inside a premises, machinery and textile equipment suitable for manufacturing counterfeit goods were found, reporting 5 individuals.
Lastly, the military of the Portici Company seized over 500 gadgets and 2.000 cellophane bags bearing the Napoli Calcio logo, reporting 4 individuals.
