Yesterday morning, the agents of the Portici-Ercolano Police Station executed, against a 28-year-old from Portici, an order for the imprisonment of a XNUMX-year-old man, issued last Wednesday by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Pescara Court - Criminal Enforcement Office.
The man, who will have to serve a sentence of 4 years and 1 month in prison for child pornography and sexual acts with a minor committed in Penne in the province of Pescara in 2018, was tracked down at a hospitality facility in San Vitaliano.
The man did not resist and allowed himself to be handcuffed. After the formal procedures he was taken to Poggioreale prison where he will spend the next four years except for the benefits provided by law.
