Considering that "these forecasts determine the probable impassability of the roads, with consequent difficulties, inconvenience and danger for vehicular and pedestrian transit", the mayor has established "the closure of schools of all levels, public and non-public, parks, gardens and the municipal cemetery for November 3, reserving the right to adopt further measures in relation to the weather trend".
