The Nola Public Prosecutor's Office has opened criminal proceedings on the road accident which occurred last Friday in Acerra, in the province of Naples, where he lost his life Aigul Rakhmatullina, a fifty-year-old of Russian origins who had been in Italy for over twenty years where she worked as a carer.

The cyclist, following the violent impact, was thrown from her bike and thrown several metres away, falling lifeless on the asphalt: transported in desperate conditions to the Villa dei Fiori clinic of the same Acerra, and hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit, passed away shortly before 21pm on the same day, the multiple traumas reported were too serious.
As per usual practice, the Nola Public Prosecutor's Office, through the Public Prosecutor Dr. Sarah Caiazzo, has opened criminal proceedings on the terrible accident reported by the Acerra municipal police officers, entering the motorist, VC Desperate for their loss, her partner, her daughter and the woman's other relatives in the register of suspects for the crime of road homicide, through the consultant for Campania Dr. Vincenzo Carotenuto, to be assisted, to shed full light on the facts and to obtain justice, they have relied on Studio3A-Valore SpA., a company specialized at a national level in compensation for damages and the protection of citizens' rights.
The Deputy Prosecutor also ordered both theautopsy on the victim's body, which was carried out on Monday 8 January at the mortuary of the Policlinico of Naples by the appointed coroner, is a technical consultancy to reconstruct the dynamics, the causes and all the responsibilities of the accident, for which it also conferred the task to its own technical consultant on Monday at the offices of the Prosecutor's Office: a kinematic engineer on behalf of the injured party will also participate in the expert operations, which will be scheduled in the next few days, who will make Studio3A available.
Once the autopsy was completed, the judicial authorities immediately granted permission for the burial and in the next few days the body of Aigul Rakhmatullina will be sadly repatriated to Russia.
