When she saw that the police were accompanying her home after having collected the complaint for stalking, chased his ex-partner and attempted to ram the military car and for this a forty-year-old was arrested for resisting a public official, mistreatment and stalking.
The man, who is originally from the municipality of Telese Terme in the Benevento area, but resident in Castelvenere, is held responsible for harassing behavior allegedly committed against a 45-year-old woman with whom he had had a relationship for a year, which then ended.
The victim, finally fearing for his safety, had in fact decided to turn to the police, reporting the continuous physical and psychological violence and stalking he had been suffering for several months. The man was finally granted and given the order of house arrest.
