The unusual initiative comes from a bar in Venafro in the province of Isernia that has launched the possibility of getting a coffee for only 50 cents, provided that they bring their own cup from home.

According to the owner, this choice is beneficial for the environment as it helps save water, detergent and electricity, as well as representing an economical option in times of crisis.
So far, several people have taken advantage of this opportunity offered by the place. This initiative is not an isolated case: in the past, another bar in the Savona area had proposed a similar offer, allowing customers to buy coffee for 70 cents as long as they also brought sugar and a teaspoon from home.
