The Nocera Inferiore Prosecutor's Office has highlighted episodes of sexual extortion, sexual violence, disclosure of official secrets and corruption in judicial documents. In particular, there is talk of abuse committed against women in conditions of socioeconomic hardship related to eviction proceedings.

According to the investigations, lawyers and private citizens were involved in corrupt proposals. After a long judicial process, the judicial officer was taken to prison on Women's Day, at the Vallo della Lucania prison.
