The GIP of the Court of Napoli validated the arrest warrant issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office against a man accused of attempted murder.
The episode occurred last February 29, near the Montedonzelli metro stop on Line 1.
The investigations, conducted by the Carabinieri of the Naples Vomero Company, allowed the dynamics of the event to be reconstructed.
It all started from a fight between some boys, one of whom was slightly injured. The suspect reached one of the subjects involved in the fight and stabbed him in the throat with a large serrated kitchen knife.
The GIP issued the precautionary measure of pre-trial detention in prison against the suspect.

The prosecutor Nicola Gratteri, in a note, he expressed satisfaction with the outcome of the investigations and underlined the “timeliness and effectiveness of the intervention of the Carabinieri”.
