Tired of suffering the constant abuse from her husband, a woman found the courage to report him and obtained a restraining order.
The Carabinieri of the Lieutenancy of Scafati, in the province of Salerno, have notified a 37-year-old man of a prohibition order to approach and reside there because he was accused of mistreating his wife.
The measure was signed by the magistrates of the Nocera Inferiore prosecutor's office after having collected the detailed complaint of the woman supported by a series of evidence. The woman was in fact, on several occasions, verbally and physically abused.
An order was therefore notified implementing the precautionary measure of the prohibition of approaching places habitually frequented by the injured party and the prohibition of residence in the municipality of Scafati.
