Last weekend, officers from the Office of General Prevention and Public Aid, with the assistance of local police personnel, carried out checks in the nightlife area of the "chalets" of Mergellina and in Largo Sermoneta.
The police forces identified 576 people, 88 of whom had a criminal record, checked 154 vehicles and charged 12 violations of the Highway Code.
