The tenth edition of Live in PPP, entitled “CircoX”, promises to be an unforgettable event. With the circus theme inspired by the famous phrase by Federico Fellini “The circus is the show of life”, the event celebrates a decade of bond and unity of purpose, realizing the initial dreams of the Bj&J Lab.
A Tightrope Program
On August 10, the Live in PPP program will be particularly rich and varied, suitable for all ages and interests. The evening will be inaugurated by the presentation of the book “Il Regno Animale” by Alfonso Tramontano Guerritore, followed by the fiery performances of the artists of the Circo TaTà, namely Peace and Juggling and Vertigini. Artists such as SOLO, Martino Adriani, Antunzmask, Euthymia and Plato's Cave will perform in performances that promise to jump through fiery hoops, metaphorically speaking, to involve and enchant the audience before leaving the stage to Matrioska, the main artists of the evening.
Matrioska: Heart and Voice of Live in PPP
The choice to have Matrioska as main guests represents both an artistic achievement and a sentimental tribute. This historic Italian ska group, active for almost 30 years, has accompanied all the editions of Live in PPP. Their songs, characterized by lightness and evocative ability, make this edition even more special. Their concert under the CircoX tent will certainly be a highlight.
An Unforgettable Evening
After the aperitif, the evening will start with a conversation about the novel “Il Regno Animale”. In the meantime, the circus performers of Circo Tatà – Peace and Juggling and Vertigini – will create the right atmosphere inside the square. Music will be another fundamental element: SOLO will take the audience on a journey through various musical landscapes, while Martino Adriani will explore themes of love and monsters with his post-songwriting. Antunzmask will pay homage to Kurt Cobain on the 30th anniversary of his death, paving the way for Euthymia with their enveloping sounds. As per tradition, Plato's Cave will close the evening with a show full of heart and memories linked to Live in PPP.
To end the evening in style, Salvo Cataldo will propose a DJ set that will make everyone fly from one trapeze to another of PPP, closing the Circus X with an explosion of colors and sounds. This edition, with its variety of genres and interests, promises to give a total experience, worthy of being remembered for years.
