The Chief of Police of Benevento has issued a license suspension order for a venue in the heart of the historic center, along Corso Garibaldi. The action, carried out pursuant to Article 100 of the TULPS, was determined following the administration of alcohol to underage customers by the venue's staff.
During a check, the State Police discovered that the employees of the establishment were serving alcoholic beverages to two minors without requiring them to present an identity document. This violation led to the temporary closure of the establishment. local for ten days, as provided for by the order of the Police Commissioner.
