During the special ceremony held at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, the King of Spain, Felipe VI, underlined the deep bond between Naples and Spain, calling it “extraordinarily fertile from a historical, artistic and cultural point of view”. This statement was made during the Lectio magistralis on the occasion of the awarding of the Honoris Causa Doctorate in Social Sciences and Statistics by the Federico II University of Naples.
