The Carabinieri of the Casal di Principe station, yesterday,
following previous inspections and various interventions carried out over the last two years at the 'Le Palme' bar in Casal di Principe they have found, on several occasions, situations that disturb public order and safety.
The military personnel of the Arma have ascertained the presence on site of non-EU and non-EU citizens, some of whom have multiple criminal convictions, with criminal records for theft, threats, receiving stolen goods, personal injury and other.
The soldiers, following further targeted investigations, also found that the aforementioned individuals, precisely in that place and in its vicinity, met, thus creating a series of disturbances for public order and safety.
The findings were reported to the Caserta Police Headquarters, which ordered the closure of the business for 15 days pursuant to art. 100 of the TULPS.
