A concert by the Non Solo Gospel group and a creative project with Maurizio Capone will mark the opening of the new year of the Fondazione Campania dei Festival. The event, supported by the Campania Region, will be held at 19:3 pm on Friday, January XNUMX at the Church of Santi Giovanni e Paolo, in Naples.
Non Solo Gospel Concert
As part of the Campania Felix Music initiatives, the Non Solo Gospel group, winner of five Grammys at the Italian Gospel Music Awards, will perform for the Neapolitan public. The concert in the historic church represents the first event of the year for the foundation directed by Ruggero Cappuccio and chaired by Alessandro Barbano.
Capone's Creative Lab
During the event, a four-month workshop dedicated to children aged between 8 and 15, led by Neapolitan musician Maurizio Capone, will be announced. This project follows the multidisciplinary educational path of the singing school dedicated to Enrico Caruso, founded in 2021 in Caruso's home neighborhood thanks to the initiative of the Region and the Foundation. Students will be involved in the creation of musical instruments with recycled materials and in learning how to use them. Anyone wishing to participate or obtain further information can contact the Foundation directly by email or contact Father Salvatore Melluso at the Parish of Saints John and Paul.

The concert of the Non Solo Gospel group seems very interesting, but I don't know if I'll be able to go. The church is a nice place for events like this, but I hope there won't be too many people. The idea of the workshop with Maurizio Capone is nice, but I'm curious about how it works and if the materials are really recycled.
