A 20-year-old from Frasso Telesino in the province of Benevento, accused of serious road injuries and driving under the influence of narcotics, will have to appear before the criminal court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere for the pre-trial hearing.
The crash occurred in Maddaloni in December 2023, at the height of the gardens.

The victim, a 65 year old, suffered injuries lasting more than 40 days. The cause of the impact was probably a moment of drowsiness. Following tests, the 20 year old tested positive for cocaine and hashish. His lawyer Massimo Viscusi defended him.
