Castellammare di Stabia – The Guardia di Finanza of Torre Annunziata has carried out a preventive seizure for a value of 809.743,98 € towards the Coral Fish Srl, a company operating in the wholesale trade of frozen products, based in Castellammare di Stabia.
The measure, issued by the Preliminary Investigations Judge of the Court of Torre Annunziata at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, also concerns the legal representative of the company, investigated for failure to pay VAT pursuant to Article 10-ter of Legislative Decree no. 74/2000.
The investigation began after tax audits conducted by the Financial Administration, which revealed that the company would not have paid the VAT due for the years 2019 and 2020, as required by mandatory tax returns.
The investigations of the Guardia di Finanza of Castellammare di Stabia led to the adoption of the precautionary measure, aimed at recovering the evaded amount, corresponding to the profit of the contested crime.
The kidnapping strikes Company shares, vehicles and financial assets attributable to the company and its legal representative. The overall value of the seized assets is being quantified.
