Course Details
The initiative, supported by the Councillor for Social Policies Giuseppe Giordano, will begin on February 26th at the newspaper library of Villa Bruno. It will be divided into 10 meetings scheduled every Wednesday until March 30. The course aims to give participants the opportunity to express their creativity in the manga field, accompanied by expert artists. The lessons will cover every phase of the creative process of a comic, emphasizing aspects such as character construction, visual narration, and drawing dynamic poses.
Opportunities for Participants
At the end of the course, students will be able to create their own manga-style comic. The skills learned can be used both for personal enjoyment and in a professional context. In addition, there will be the opportunity to present the works created in future events and exhibitions. Participation is limited, with meetings that will be held every Wednesday from 18:00 PM to 20:00 PM, and registrations require booking by email at: bibliotecacomunale@e-cremano.it.
Mayor Giorgio Zinno said that the course not only stimulates a passion for manga among teenagers, but also represents an opportunity for personal and professional growth, offering a solid foundation for possible careers in the creative sector.

I'm glad there's a course in comics drawing for young people, but I wonder if it's really useful for those who have never drawn before. Creativity is important, but sometimes you also need a technical basis.
