Naples – On the occasion of the big match between Napoli and Milan, the Local Police intensified controls in the area surrounding the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, with the aim of preventing and combating the most frequent crimes during large-attendance events.
During the operations, officers issued 98 traffic violation tickets and towed 55 illegally parked vehicles. Furthermore, administrative police checks resulted in 15 fines being issued for illegal occupation of public land , unauthorized sale of glass bottles, and lack of the required SIA authorization.
Law enforcement also targeted illegal trading: T-shirts, scarves, and various merchandise sold without a license were seized. Particular attention was paid to combating illegal parking attendants : nine people were identified, fined, and removed, while the proceeds of their illegal activities were seized. Four of them were also charged.
