Naples – On the occasion of the big match between Napoli and Milan, the Local Police intensified controls in the area surrounding the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, with the aim of preventing and combating the most frequent crimes during large-attendance events.
During the operations, the officers raised 98 reports for violations of the Traffic Laws and proceeded to Removal of 55 vehicles illegally parked. Furthermore, the administrative police checks led to the contestation of 15 fines for illegal occupation of public land, unauthorized sale of glass bottles and lack of the required SIA authorization.
Illegal trade is also in the sights of the police: they have been seized t-shirts, scarves and various gadgets sold without a license. Particular attention has been paid to combating the phenomenon of unauthorized parking: nine people were identified, fined and removed, while the proceeds of their illicit activity were seized. Four of them were also reported.

I read the article and it seems to me that the police are doing a good job in controlling the areas around the stadium. However, I think there should be more controls during all events, not just the big ones.
