A 45-year-old man was stabbed in the back this morning in Montoro, in the province of Avellino. The victim, rescued by the Carabinieri of the Solofra company, was rushed to the hospital in Avellino, where she is hospitalized but not in danger of life.

The military has started investigations to reconstruct the dynamics of the attack and identify the perpetrator, currently unknown. Further developments are awaited on the case.
