Moreover, as emerges from the ordinance, Deiana himself tells in some chats “of having provided important support to Imperiale's fugitive status”. And he wrote in August 2020: “When my friend was in Europe he was a fugitive and was always with me, we lived in the same house.”
And the investigating judge also notes that Deiana has “constant relationships with local and international criminal circles” e “connections with the world of organized crime in Campania”. In a chat he said: “I have an agreement with friends in Naples and they get offended if I start working with others with cocaine.”
The operation of the State Police, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Milan – DDA and aimed at dismantling a criminal association aimed at dealing narcotics, involved almost two hundred agents on the national territory and abroad for the execution of the precautionary measure against 31 people with strong ties to South American traffickers, fugitives and leading figures of organised crime.
During the activity in Lithuania, Spain, the Netherlands and in Lombardy, Piedmont, Tuscany, Lazio, Campania and Puglia with searches and seizures of bank accounts of two logistics and transport companies located in However, in the province of Milan, and in Como.

Andrea Deiana, 41 years old and born in Terracina who was given prison custody and had already been arrested in the past for drug-related offences in Italy but also in Germany, was at the same time “an established entrepreneur and owner of an art gallery in Amsterdam, the Art3035gallery”.
And, the investigating judge writes again, “from the study of various articles and posters found on the web” The focus of the investigation was on “figure of the art entrepreneur” not only “because the man, with no declared income in Italy, started the art gallery from scratch in 2018, rather for the works and artists he deals with”. And among these “there is Banksy himself, considered one of the major exponents of street art, whose true identity still remains unknown”.
The nearly 900 pages of the order report the chat conversations between the suspects and explain that “main actors in this criminal story” they chose the “encrypted phone nicknames based on your passions or political orientations.”
And Deiana called himself Bansky. From one of the chats of June 2020, among other things, the investigating judge summarizes, it emerges that the alleged drug trafficking broker was “came to think of using the activity” of another person “to clear 20 thousand euros” has always been “excuse to justify that movement was due to the purchase of a Banksy painting”.
The investigating judge also notes that Deiana has “constant relationships with local and international criminal circles” e “connections with the world of organized crime in Campania”. There is also the web entrepreneur Albert Genoese, already on trial for sexual violence with drug use on two models and arrested in 2020, among the suspects in the investigation by the Flying Squad and the Milan DDA against drug trafficking and money laundering in works of art.

The police officers involved in the investigation into the violence, the investigating judge further explains, “they actually found those two types of drugs” in the luxury penthouse, namely cocaine and ketamine.
