INPS, one-off allowance for vertical cyclical part-time workers. Circular published, applications by November 30
Circular no. 115/2022 was published this morning for the recognition of the one-off allowance for vertical cyclical part-time workers.
The Aid Decree (Legislative Decree 17 May 2022, no. 50) has in fact provided for the recognition of an allowance of 550 euros for 2022. The beneficiaries of the measure are employees of private companies, who in 2021 already held a vertical cyclical part-time employment contract characterized by periods of at least one month not fully worked.
The worker who, by virtue of the aforementioned contract, in the alternation of periods of work and non-work can claim a continuous period of non-work of at least four weeks (and overall a period of non-work of not less than seven weeks and not more than twenty weeks) can access the benefit. For those insured by the Entertainment Workers Pension Fund, the period will be measured in days.
In order to be eligible for the benefit, the worker, at the time of submitting the application, must not be the holder of another employment relationship, direct pension benefit or Naspi, even if suspended.
In order to receive the one-off allowance, interested workers must submit an application to INPS by November 30, 2022.
The application – after accreditation with SPID, CIE or CNS – is available by accessing the institute's portal (www.inps.it), following the path "Benefits and services" > "Services" > "Access point to non-pension benefits" and selecting the benefit "One-off allowance for vertical cyclical part-time workers".
As an alternative to the website, benefits can be requested through the Multichannel Contact Center service, by calling the toll-free number 803.164 from a landline (free of charge) or the number 06.164164 from a mobile network (chargeable, based on the rate applied by the various operators). It is also possible to submit an application through the Patronato Institutes.
